My '90 XJR looked superficially quite a lot less rusty than that and I broke it for parts. It would have needed quite major welding repairs done on the inner and outer sills, A pillars, floors, jacking points, inner wings, etc. (If it were me I'd be tempted to put that gearbox in a less flakey shell, but then prefer to play oily bits than do bodywork.)
Good luck, I hope you get it sorted and on the road, it could be a very nice car when restored, that manual box will make it a good drive, plus rare and interesting.
