I understand JCP may not want to produce more of these parts due to the economic viability, but would they release the engineering drawings for them?

That would make reproducing them much easier

Probably a question for Naki as he has better contacts than most of us...

Press the VCM button again. See if another Sensor has gone awol? It could be anything really. But overfuelling could well cause the issue. Even the new CTS you fitted could have failed prematurely. You've certainly been through the "wringer" with your car this year ... A box of matches would have come in handy (joking). OK, back to basics suck, squeeze, bang, blow ... The "bang" isn't right by the feel of things ... Ignition and H.T. spark. I'm beginning to think rotor arm...

Boot polish works well.

Other than that, they do sell spray paint for rubber, may take a bit of finding though.

Over 150 XJ’s due to arrive including 22 XJ40’s parked together means we will be putting on a great show 8-) Bacon rolls available from 9am as well, rock on :D Free bacon is what it takes to get XJ40 owners into their cars! :lol: Is it free ????????!
