Must disagree with Quentin Willson 'never get a manual' Who does he think he is???

And now ironically the manuals are more sought after, by some buyers.
The sort of information that's more important for a car up to 10 years old, is not always so relevant at 25 years old. Stamped service book, although a nice addition, very often then "run out" after 15 years old and how, as the values dropped off, so did the service stamps. More important is overall condition, and having everything working properly. A thorough inspection and test drive being much more important.

Only bought it 'cos it was a manual.
Must admit it's going to be a lot more work than I initially thought (but aren't they always!)
Of all the models and variants of Jaguars I like this model the best, just looks right to me.
The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory!
