The Jagaur V12 look daunting but once you get into it, it is quite a straightforward thing....just a lot bigger!

I would get a professional to refurbish the injectors for you.....Google is the only place to start.

If all else fails I used a guy in the UK.....£15 per injector.

Not made much progress since the last post, I'm hesitant about removing the throttle body at the moment as I am not sure how to take the mechanism apart and I am waiting for the gaskets to arrive.
So I have been looking at the breather, and I have found that the breather cap is cracked and will probably fail soon. How air tight does this need to be?
I have not been able to find a replacement either. Do you know where I can get one?

I am cleaning the breather gauze, and waiting for the correct blanking plugs to arrive along with the intake manifold gasket but would like to be able to replace the cap if possible.

Thanks
Andy

Thanks Naki, PM sent.

I had a local place do the injectors for $20each, and they had them all done in a day. So they are now refitted.
However the o-rings I thought were for the fuel rail seem far to big. Should there be rings in the screw fit connectors on each end of the Rail?
I also need to get the lines between the rails replaced, is this just standard injector hose?

Thanks Andy.

This is what was in the end of the fuel rails when I disconnected the fuel pipes:

I think I put them back as I couldn't find an exact match.

As for the hose on between the rails I would contact the guy who refurbed the injectors.....I sent the whole rail and injectors away so everything that could be replaced was.

Hum.. I had the same green stuff but took it to be another bodge from the previous mechanic. It was breaking down and I ended up removing bits from inside the injector rails itself.
One side is still in there..

Well she is back together and running. Didn't burst into flames so I take that as a result!
Now I need to get temporary registration so I can take her out. Going to check into a local garage for a once over and check to see if emissions are any better.
Oh and apparently over filled with oil so need to get a small amount removed.

After a week in the shop, OK it was there as I had to travel anyway, she has passed emissions and safety. Still not as smooth as I would like and has a minor hot start issue but at least I can drive her. Still needs more work than I care to think about though!
