We just got the keys for our new place, which will take a megarestore to bring it up to 21st century spec.
A similar situation to yours, it seems: one outbuilding that will become dedicated workshop space, ample parts storage, plus dry storage for the car collection (and then some... ;) )

To be honest, what you see is only half the workshop. And than I have three garageboxes...I feel lucky, but than again I spent years wrenching outside in parking lots and among cattle so I kinda felt I deserved it.... :oops: :D
