Elsa_My first Jag_1994 3.2s

Postby Elsa_jag » Tue Jan 05, 2010 8:00 pm

As a new member of the forum I thought I'd post some pictures of my first Jag. We call her Elsa, she is a 1994 3.2 sport that we have owned for nearly a year now. :P

She is in good condition, and recieved some very nice compliments from the forum members in attendance at the meet at Gaydon. (thank you)

She has had three previous owners.
She has covered just 48,000 miles (8,000 of those in my care).
She is rust free (at the moment! :? ) and looks like new inside.
She has Air con and the sunroof (I believe options on the '94 sport?)
She has a fairly complete service history and a pile of reciepts.

I've spent a bit on getting her back to her best (tyres, service, small oil leak etc), but I think it has been worth it! I was after an X300, but after a long search and some quite difficult convincing of my wife - we decided to look at XJ40's.

I'm so glad that we did that ;)
Regards, Carl

Yes she is at bit unusual , i seem to remember seeing it and thinking most don't have sunroofs let alone aircon , definitely a keeper and at that mileage should still be nice and 'tight' :)

A very nice car Carl...and you seem to have a good wife at your side. Most women are not very happy when the husband wants to buy an old Jaguar!! ;)
