Will we attend all three days???
Maybe it's better to have ONE main XJ40 day?

three days static display would be a little bit boring for my wife, my daughter and perhaps me as well  ;)

I had a similar question for the same reasons!

Which is the main day? If people do stay over, is there a main hotel that allows you to be in thick of it?

This is all the available information at the moment, I have signed up to the newsletter so as and when info is released I will put it on here, however JEC members will know this anyway. Seems like a great weekend if you like dancing........... ;)
Think we will have to wait for the further info from JR.

Looks like the main day is the Sunday then. Unless you stop at the abbey and join in the dancing! Not my cup of tea, I think I'll stick with the main day.

We also need to start looking at accommodation options too for those wishing/ needing to stay over. Unless people want to stay at Wroxall Abbey Hotel with the main JEC event? Basic packages there start at £349 per couple for two nights. I suspect the rooms will sell out there, so its a matter of whats best for the majority. Its best to have everyone together/ nearby if possible?
If Sunday is the "Main day", then Saturday night may be the one for the evening do (like Cosford, but perhaps an earlier night with less whiskey)?

I have had a quick look and there are a few other options, but depends how far away of course......and depends how many people want to stay over as to where we could need to be looking at? There are pubs, but those will likely only have 3-8 rooms at the most i would think. So if more people show interest we should look at a larger hotel. If theres only a few, then a local pub will likely do the job (assuming they have the rooms available).
All in all, what would be helpful is of those who are interested in staying over to say so early on.
