British Parts Components

Postby Gabriel » Wed May 02, 2018 11:37 am

Hi all, anybody used this brand of replacement parts? I need to order some suspension bushings and ball-joints and their prices seem very low, but I'm curious about the quality.

I've previous bought suspension parts from them and they were fine, I didn't do a lot of miles on them though so can't really comment on longevity.

Mixed experience with their suspension bushes here, some of them wearing out really, really fast.

A long story short, based on personal 'learning it the hard way' experience: for hard-wearing parts like bushes/veemounts I will ALWAYS go for OEM.

Their balljoints were on my daily for 3 1/2 years / 100+K kms / 65K mls and were still in fine condition when the daily went.

Changing suspension bushes is too much of a pain to have to do it more than necessary. It's a no brainer, use OEM or genuine Jaguar.
