On Saturday morning I had one of the most obscure Jag moments to date, having just arrived in the little known Hungarian city Debrecen, with a population of just over 200,000 and roughly 30miles from the Romanian border, I threw my bags in my apartment and set out to find an plug adapter (naturally the most important thing).
Having walked roughly 100m I find myself in the middle of the main boulevard surrounded by classic Jags. By chance it was the Debrecen JEC meet, and let me tell you those motors were in stunning condition
I had a chat with the owner, and his partner, of a stunning Mk.10 (Sorry, 420G) and the owner of the XJ81, who needs parts for his rear diff. There was an immaculate early XJS too - i'd honestly have never seen one in such good condition.
What a peculiar and welcome coincidence!
