Is anyone else finding an issue with the search facility, when using an iPhone?
The pop up window opens, but when you try to scroll down to view the results, it’s the back ground that moves, not the list of search results!
I have tried Chrome and Safari, and it’s the same issue on both.
Any chance of a fix Steve?

I find that mine shows me results which has nothing to do with what I searched for on my iPhone. I tried to search for a Windsor file yesterday and it brought up a lot of gibberish

Morning Naki/Paul

it has nothiung to do with how the forum runs its the lovley company that is called Apple and how it handles Java script you can try the below

Choose Safari > Preferences.
Click Extensions.
Select an extension, then deselect the checkbox "Enable… extension." Repeat this step for every extension that's currently installed.

Reload the page by choosing Choose View > Reload in Safari. If the webpage loads correctly, one or more extensions was blocking the content from loading. Re-enable an extension, then reload the page again to determine which extension is blocking the content you want to view.

HI the email service is turned off on the hosting site so that is why it wont work and they have no intention of turning it back on.
I will look into adding it into the forum but this will take some time as would need to register an email account for the forum and that will create a whole load of issue's that to boring to list.
for now i am afraid you will have to make do with the notification when you log into the formum

Thanks for looking into it Steve.
Is that Safari on the desktop or iPhone though? I can’t find any such options on a mobile device?unless anyone else has managed it?
Incidentally it’s the same issue on Chrome too (not just Safari).
There’s no issue on Apple Desktop, but I am using that less these days.
I think there’s quite a high number of IPhone/ Ipad users on the forum, so worth fixing I would think.
I seem to remember Roel had some statistics on device/ browser type for active members?

I seem to remember Roel had some statistics on device/ browser type for active members?[/quote]

50% of all site visitors are on a mobile or tablet, and about 30% use Safari
Chrome is the most popular browser though, about 48%.

It’s just a tool at the end of the day. Like choosing a BMW or a Jaguar. They both do the same thing, but in different ways.
