What do we think....fuel pump problem????
Are you sure? The location has changed from Gloucestershire, to Wisbech!

The issue is likely fueling related yes.
The new owner of this has just been in touch with me. Its finally in good hands anyhow!
Though it’s blowing blue smoke off the RH bank Exhaust, which oddly wasnt mentioned in the listing?
Anyhow. I think it will get fixed up and back on the road.

Great to hear, I was gutted to see this struggling to sell, if I didn't have manual car waiting in the wings I'd have been all over that!

It’s apparently lost it’s 3.58 LSD somewhere along the journey and has likely now got a 4.09 from a 3.2! :o

OK, it's not on the 'bay, but I didn't want to clutter this forum with a standalone topic.

A good friend thought I'd find this funny: https://www.carsales.com.au/cars/detail ... 3900/?Cr=0, and I decided that shouldn't be enjoyed in solitude and shared here...

It's an Australian XJ12, with 130K miles on it. The pics suggest it's not bad at all, apart from the craquelé that is the driver's seat upholstery and the (tell-tale?) absence of headlining pictures. The asking price is a somewhat different story, though: 21.2K!
And that's Sterling: I already converted it from its AUD price tag... :ugeek:

The description suggests car shows Down Under have different quality standards than here in the Northern hemisphere: it is "in Concourse condition"... :?

And for the true anoraks: the "believed to be 1 of 8 only delivered to Australia" statement got us equally puzzled, since a JDHT source quoted a small but less exclusive number of 37 V12 cars exported to Australia?

i think every 40 for sale utilises the term Rare, in in one way or another.
It’s clearly a very different market down under. You would think £4-£5000 would be more it’s number?
37 is still a low number in anyone’s book. But how many left?
208,000KM. At least he has not claimed Low Mileage.

I was looking at this car because it said it had manual transmission but upon looking at the photos of the interior it turned out to be a automatic  Really nice looking car though & in a great colour .

Sovereign Limousine

https://www.ebay.com/itm/2002-Jaguar-XJ ... %7Ciid%3A1

I don't know much about these, but looks interesting. Built by Jaguar or an aftermarket conversion in 2002? I'm all for a bar in a limo, but seems like this one is wasting a lot of space. Looks like a vinyl roof.
